Guild Process

As a LSU Online Guild student, your eligible funding will be applied to your fee bill on the 2nd day of classes each Module. Once this funding has been applied, you will receive an email to your LSU email account from your Student Success Coach and/or from LSU Online alerting you the funding is applied and you are now ready to complete registration.

If you have questions about your eligibility status, funding, or textbook reimbursement, please reach out to your Guild Coach. If you are unsure who that is, you can contact Guild by:

  • Calling Guild's toll-free number: 800-985-4027
  • Live Chat (accessible once you log into the Guild Portal
  • Submitting to Guild's Help Center through this webform

It is your responsibility as a student to know the funds that are available per your company and if you do not have any funds available finding alternative ways to pay. Check out the Financial Funding PDF for options.

Completing Registration

You MUST complete registration each Module as soon as you have a $0 balance on fee bill.

Once the tuition balance is down to $0, you MUST accept the Financial Responsibility terms, then click on the Complete Registration button located at the bottom of the screen.

  • To find this screen navigate to myLSU>Registration Services on the left side banner and view the Fee Bill (please view the fee bill that has the word Module in the title, this signifies an Online course)
  • REMEMBER: You will have to do this for each Module in order to finalize your Registration

Failure to Complete Registration

If you fail to complete registration by the first Friday of classes and you are dropped from your class, you will unfortunately lose all of the work you have completed for the Module up to this point and will need to start back with classes the next term. If you are dropped, please reach out to your student success coach to be moved to the next available term.

Please make sure you are always on the lookout for the communication from your Student Success Coach and lsuonline@lsu.edu for when funds are applied. Set a reminder to complete these steps each Module.

*Note: This process does not applied to Guild LSUA students and LSU Online & Continuing Education students
